1. When will my iMirror ship?

We’ve begun shipping iMirrors to select regions and are closely monitoring their transit to ensure they arrive safely. Currently, we’re focusing on shipments to the Midwest and Northeast to assess their durability during transit. Once we’ve confirmed the transit process meets our standards, we will confidently move forward with shipping all remaining orders. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Why are some orders delayed?

We want to ensure every iMirror arrives in perfect condition. After analyzing initial shipments, we decided to monitor deliveries to regions with more challenging transit conditions (Midwest, Northeast, and International). If we notice significant breakage, we’ll adjust the packaging to guarantee safe delivery before shipping the remaining orders.

3. Will I receive a tracking code?

Yes! Once your iMirror is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order's journey.

4. Can I get an estimated shipping date for my order?

While we can’t provide an exact date just yet, we’re actively monitoring current shipments and are committed to ensuring every iMirror arrives safely. Once we’ve confirmed the transit process meets our standards, we will confidently move forward with shipping all remaining orders.

5. What happens if my iMirror arrives damaged?

If your iMirror arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team at orders@cameupinthedrought.com with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

6. How will I know when my iMirror ships?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.

7. Can I cancel my order?
